金乌骨通胶囊中土党参的鉴别方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立金乌骨通胶囊中土党参的HPLC定性鉴别方法。方法:采用Waters Atlantis T3 C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈—水(15∶85),柱温30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为215 nm鉴别金乌骨通胶囊中土党参。结果:金乌骨通胶囊样品中党参炔苷峰与相邻峰分离度良好,阴性无干扰,土党参原药材中党参炔苷峰与相邻峰分离度亦较好。结论:建立的HPLC方法操作简单,专属性好,可应用于金乌骨通胶囊及土党参原药材的定性鉴别。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for qualitative identification of Campanumoea javanica in Jinwu Gutong Capsule.Methods:The analysis was performed on a thermostatic Waters Atlantis^(R)T3 C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)at 30℃,with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water(15:85)flowing at a rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 215 nm.Result:The resolution of lobetyolin and adjacent peak in Jinwu Gutong Capsule and Campanumoea javanica was good,and the negative sample had no interference.Conclusion:The HPLC method is simple and specific,which can be used for the qualitative identification of Jinwu Gutong Capsule and Campanumoea javanica.
