摘　　要：社会组织是完善社会治理制度、提高社会治理效能的重要载体与有效形式,尤其是基层社会组织的完善能促进社会治理质效的提升。在国家政权对云南民族地区治理历史进程中,清代是一个重要阶段,这一时期云南民族地区基层社会组织形式不断变革发展,为强化基层社会治理提供了可靠的政治和组织保障。以史资政,鉴古知今,探究云南民族地区基层社会组织变迁脉络及动因,可为当今民族地区基层治理提供参考。Social organization is an important carrier and effective form for improving the social governance system and enhancing the social governance efficiency,especially the improvement of grassroots social organization can promote social governance quality and effect.The Qing Dynasty was an important stage in the historical process of strengthening the governance in Yunnan minority areas.During this period,the forms of grassroots social organizations in Yunnan minority areas were constantly changing and developing,which provided a reliable political and organizational guarantee for strengthening grassroots social governance.Using the past to serve the present,the study on changes and motivations of grassroots social organization forms in Yunnan minority areas can provide reference for grassroots governance of minority areas at present.
