摘  要:近年来,贵州依托地域优势和多民族文化特色,积极探索深化与澜湄区域国家的教育交流合作。但在此过程中存在民族区域特色优势发挥不充分、教育对外开放政策设计有待完善、对来华来黔留学生和外籍人员的管理服务质量有待提高、民族地区教育对外交流活动较为薄弱、国际化复合型人才培养体系设置不够科学合理、教师国际交流模式有待改进等问题。通过优化对外合作顶层设计、做好留学生管理服务、深入开展区域国别研究、推动职业教育国际化和升华合作交流重点等措施进一步促进与澜湄国家的教育交流合作提质增效。In recent years,relying on its regional advantages and multi-ethnic cultural characteristics,Guizhou has actively explored ways to deepen educational exchanges and cooperation with Lancang-Mekong countries.But exist in the process of national regional characteristic advantage is not sufficient,the pertinence of the education opening policy design to be perfect,to China to qian students management and foreign personnel service quality to improve,ethnic minority areas education foreign exchange activities is relatively weak,international talents training system is not scientific and reasonable,teachers'international communication mode needs to be improved.It is recommended to further promote the quality and efficiency of education exchange and cooperation with the Lancang Mekong countries by optimizing the toplevel design of foreign cooperation,providing good management services for international students,conducting in-depth regional and national research,and promoting the internationalization of vocational education and elevating the focus of cooperation and exchange.
