摘  要:冷胁迫是限制石榴生产的主要非生物胁迫之一。C-repeat binding factors (CBFs)是一种可被快速诱导的关键信号基因,在植物的低温应答中起着至关重要的作用。然而,CBF家族在石榴中尚未阐明,该家族在低温诱导条件下的表达模式尚不清楚。本研究在石榴基因组中鉴定了7个Pg CBF家族基因,并分析了它们的蛋白保守结构域、蛋白理化性质、基因结构、系统进化、启动子顺式作用元件以及低温诱导条件下的表达模式。结果表明,7个Pg CBF蛋白均具有AP2/ERF结构域;7个PgCBF基因分布在1号(5个)和4号(2个)染色体;系统进化分析发现,7个Pg CBF蛋白分为3个亚类;启动子顺式作用元件分析发现,石榴CBF可能参与激素响应、非生物胁迫响应过程。冷胁迫处理下,除PgCBF4外,其余6个PgCBF基因均被显著诱导,表明PgCBF基因参与响应冷胁迫生物学过程,本研究为后续深入开展石榴抗性分子设计育种研究提供一定理论基础。Cold stress is one of the main abiotic stresses that restrict pomegranate production.C-repeat binding factors(CBFs)are key signaling genes that can be rapidly induced and play an important role in low temperature response in plants.However,the CBF family has not been elucidated in pomegranate,and the expression pattern of the family under low temperature induction remains unclear.The study identified 7 PgCBF genes in the pomegranate genome,and analyzed their protein conserved domains,protein physical and chemical properties,gene structure,phylogeny,promoter cis-acting elements,and the expression patterns under low temperature induction.The results showed that all the seven PgCBF proteins had AP2/ERF domains.Seven PgCBF genes were distributed on chromosome 1(5)and chromosome 4(2).The phylogenetic analysis revealed that the seven PgCBF proteins were divided into three subgroups.The analysis of cis-acting elements of the gene promoter indicated that CBF might be involved in hormone response and abiotic stress response.Under cold stress,except PgCBF4,the other six PgCBF genes were significantly induced,indicating that PgCBF genes were involved in the biological process responding to cold stress.This study provides a theoretical basis for further research on resistance molecular design breeding in pomegranate.
