摘　　要：保卫细胞是研究植物逆境胁迫和生物学功能的重要细胞模型。通过筛选和设计保卫细胞高表达调控启动子,可以实现下游抗逆基因在保卫细胞的有效表达,为转基因分子育种提供理论基础和优异基因资源。本研究概述了近30年来发现的保卫细胞专一性表达、优势表达、发育谱系细胞表达和嵌合型表达启动子的研究进展,以及[T/A]AAAG顺式作用元件在启动子区中的相对位置与特异性表达的关系。此外还指出了保卫细胞特异性启动子研究目前存在的问题,并对未来发展方向提出了展望。Guard cell is an important cell model for studying plant stress and biological function.The selection and design of high expression active promoters in guard cells could promote the inducible expression of downstream stress tolerant genes in guard cells and provide the theoretical basis and elite gene resources for transgenic molecular breeding.In this study,we summarize the research progress on specific-expression,predominant-expression,cell-lineage-expression and chimeric-expression promoters in guard cells in the past three decades,and the relationship between the relative position of[T/A]AAAG cis-acting elements in the promoter region and specific expression.This review also points out the existing problems in the study of guard cell specific promoters and puts forward the prospect of future development.
