‘酥梨’多倍体芽变新品种‘金冠酥’细胞显微结构观察

摘　　要：‘金冠酥’是‘酥梨’的大果型芽变新品种。为了深入了解‘金冠酥’的品种特性及其与‘酥梨’的细胞学差异,本研究对‘金冠酥’与‘酥梨’两个品种的枝条、叶片、果实的解剖结构进行了细胞学观察和比较分析。结果表明:‘金冠酥’梨同时存在2倍体与4倍体细胞。‘金冠酥’梨的叶片、茎的细胞均比‘酥梨’的大。成熟果实中,‘金冠酥’梨中部果肉的石细胞密度和石细胞团大小均小于‘酥梨’。‘金冠酥’梨的解剖学结构是其果实果个大、口感细腻的基础。Pear cultivar'Jinguansu'is a large fruit mutant of'Suli'.In this study,we investigated anatomical differences of branches,leaves and fruits between'Jinguansu'and'Suli',in order to understand the characteristics and anatomical structures of the new cultivar.The results showed that:there were diploid and tetraploid cells in'Jinguansu'.The cells of leaves and stems of'Jinguansu'were larger than those of'Suli'.The size and density of stone cells in the middle part of'Jinguansu'mature fruit flesh were smaller than those of'Suli'.The anatomical structure of'Jinguansu'is the basis of its large fruit size and delicate taste.
