摘  要:为解析与评价白洋淀不同生态区野生大豆种质资源的耐盐性,本研究通过对比白洋淀区15个不同区域野生大豆的发芽率,获得耐盐和盐敏感的两份材料,并分别命名为ST和SS。盐胁迫处理下,ST植株的总根长、根表面积和根直径较SS植株分别提高了33.30%、38.30%、60.11%。ST植株体内防御性酶类SOD、POD、CAT及相对电导率REC较SS植株分别提高了46.40%、45.20%、34.30%和降低了50.10%。同时发现ST可调控植株叶片中K~+、Na~+和Cl~-的积累,维持较高的K~+/Na~+比值。此外,对植株体内抵御盐胁迫关键基因Gs SKOR、Gs NSCC、Gs GST和Gs SOS1进行了表达分析,发现ST植株中四个基因的表达量较SS植株分别提高了1.2、0.5、3.1和2倍。本研究结果为白洋淀野生大豆种质资源的保护与利用提供了理论基础,将有助于野生大豆优良性状的解析,为常规大豆育种和改良提供宝贵的种质资源。To identify and evaluate the salt tolerance of Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc.germplasms in different ecological regions of Baiyangdian Lake,the Glycine soja in different regions of Baiyangdian Lake were systematically evaluated and identified.The results showed that under salt stress,by comparing the germination rates of 15 Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc,two materials with salt tolerance and salt sensitivity were obtained,which were named ST(Salt tolerance)and SS(Salt sensitivity)respectively.Under salt stress,there are obvious differences between the growths of ST and SS at seedling stage,especially the total root length,root surface area and root diameter of ST plants are increased by 33.30%,38.30%and 60.11%compared with SS plants,respectively.Compared with SS plants,defensive enzymes and relative conductivity SOD,POD and CAT in ST plants increased by 46.40%,45.20%and 34.30%,respectively,while relative conductivity REC decreased by 50.10%.It was also found that the ST could regulate the accumulation of K+,Na+and Cl-and maintain a high K+/Na+ratio in the leaves of plants.In addition,the expression analysis of key genes GsSKOR,GsNSCC,GsGST and GsSOS1 in Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc.showed that the expression levels of the four genes were increased by 1.2,0.5,3.1 and 2 times compared with SS plants,respectively.The results of this study have provided a theoretical basis for the protection and utilization of wild soybean germplasm resources in Baiyangdian Lake and will help to analyze the fine traits of wild soybean and provide valuable germplasm resources for conventional soybean breeding and improvement experiments.
