摘 要:我国的风力发电从20世纪70年代的起步阶段到如今的集约化发展阶段,得到了很大的提升。在此过程中,我国新建了大量的风力发电场,建设过程不可避免地改变项目区的地表形态,影响了地表植被及土壤理化性质,进而导致水土流失的增加。如何在保证风力发电发展的同时,有效地控制风力发电场建设中的水土流失已成为社会各界关注的焦点,应针对风力发电场建设的特征,分析工程中导致水土流失的因素,综合工程措施和植被措施,形成恰当且高效的水土保持措施体系。本文分析并归纳了风力发电场建设过程中的水土流失特征以及水土保持措施,探讨了应如何科学、系统地进行水土流失的防治,为今后我国风力发电场建设导致的水土流失防治提供参考。China's wind power has greatly enhanced from its start-up phase in the 1970s to its intensive development phase today.In this process,China has built a large number of new wind farms,the construction process inevitably changes the surface morphology of the project area,affecting the surface vegetation and the physical and chemical properties of the soil,which leads to an increase in soil erosion.How to ensure the development of wind power at the same time,effective control of soil erosion in the construction of wind farms has become the focus of attention of all walks of life.It is necessary to analyze the factors that lead to soil erosion in the project based on the characteristics of the construction of wind farms.A proper and efficient system of soil and water conservation measures should be formed with the integration of the engineering measures and vegetation measures.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of soil erosion as well as soil and water conservation measures during the construction of wind farms,and discusses how soil erosion prevention and control should be carried out in a scientific and systematic way,which provides reference for the prevention and control of soil erosion caused by wind farms construction in China in the future.
