摘  要:结合工厂实际生产测试需求,实现了一种基于STM32的一拖二多种格式视频信号源控制系统。基于STM32F103ZET6主控芯片设计了LCD多级菜单显示和控制指令接口等功能模块,实现了一拖二的多种格式视频信号源控制系统。系统使用KeilμVision5编程开发平台,设计了控制系统的整体算法和多级菜单显示等功能。使用按键和多级控制菜单实时控制下游视频信号源,实现了可视化操作。使用I2C通信和多管脚并行发码,保证了控制指令准确性和可靠性。实现了断电保护功能,提高了生产测试效率。实际测试结果证明,本控制系统的操作简单有效,控制发码准确,系统稳定可靠。A design method of an one-for-two multi-format video signal source control system based on STM32 is designed combined with the actual production and testing requirements of the factory.Functional modules such as LCD multi-level menu display module and control command interface module are designed based on STM32F103ZET6 main control chip,realizing one-for-two control of downstream video signal sources,and the overall algorithm of the control system and multi-level menu display programming have been designed and implemented based on Keil μVision5.Buttons and multi-level control menus are used to control the downstream video signal source in real time,visual operation is realized.I2C communication and multi-pin parallel code are used to ensure the accuracy and reliability of control instructions,the power-off protection function is realized,and the production test efficiency is improved.The final test proves that the operation of the control system is simple and effective,the control code is accurate,and the system is stable and reliable.
