摘 要:以单相全控桥式逆变电路为基础,详细分析了PWM控制技术中单极性调制与单极倍频调制的控制差异。通过开关管的状态分解和输出波形对比,阐释了单极倍频调制方式下的倍频效应。通过面积等效原理得出两种方式下的电压输出表达式,总结其调制关系,并根据双重傅里叶变换得出谐波分布规律和差异。论述过调制状态下波形、调制效果及谐波的影响。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证控制策略及理论分析的正确性。Based on the single-phase fully-controlled bridge inverter circuit,the control difference between unipolar modulation and unipolar frequency doubling modulation in PWM control technology is analyzed in detail.The frequency doubling effect under the unipolar frequency doubling modulation mode is elucidated through status decomposition and waveform comparison of the switch the voltage output expressions in the two modes are obtained through the area equivalent principle,the modulation relationship is summarized,and the harmonic distribution law and difference are obtained according to the double Fourier transform.The influence of waveform,modulation effect and harmonics in overmodulation state is discussed.Finally,the correctness of control strategy and theoretical analysis is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
