摘 要:针对传统交错式升压变换器在高升压应用中电压增益和电压应力不匹配的问题,提出一种集成耦合电感和电压倍增电路的混合交错式DC/DC变换器。简言之,所提变换器拓扑不仅提供了一个额外的电压倍增模块,并且通过将交错耦合电感器的二次侧堆叠到一次侧,实现了高升压增益和半导体器件的低电压应力分布。详细分析了该拓扑的工作原理,给出了电压增益和半导体器件应力推导方程。最后,搭建了额定功率100 W、12 V输入和120 V输出的实验样机,其结果证明了所提结构的可行性和正确性。A hybrid interleaved converter with integrated coupled inductor and voltage doubling circuitry is proposed to address the mismatch between voltage gain and voltage stress in conventional interleaved boost converters for high boost applications.In short,this converter topology not only provides an additional voltage gain module,but also achieves high boost gain and low voltage stress distribution in semiconductor devices by stacking the secondary side of the interleaved coupled inductor onto its primary side.The operating principle of the topology is analysed in detail and the derivation equations for the voltage gain and semiconductor device stress are given.Finally,an experimental prototype with a rated power of 100 W,input of 12 V and output of 120 V is built and the results demonstrate the feasibility and correctness of the proposed structure.
