摘 要:为了筛选最适宜的杜梨容器育苗基质配比,以泥炭、椰糠、珍珠岩、蛭石为原料,研究了不同基质配比对杜梨容器苗的株高、地径、高径比、生物量、根系总长、根系表面积、根系体积、苗木质量指数及光合荧光参数的影响。结果表明:(1)T1(泥炭∶珍珠岩=4∶1)株高最大,为24.44 cm,T2(泥炭∶珍珠岩=3∶1)、T6(泥炭∶珍珠岩∶椰糠=2∶1∶1)次之,分别为23.69 cm和22.96 cm;(2)T6高径比最大,其次为T1、T2;(3)T1根系总长、根系表面积及根系体积最大,分别为601.35 cm、181.49 cm~2、4.22 cm~3;T6主根长最大,为21.24 cm;(4)T6总鲜重、总干重和苗木质量指数最大,分别为4.37、2.09 g和0.33。(5)T1叶绿素含量最高,其次为T6;T6净光合速率、F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(0)最大。(6)隶属函数综合评价表明,T6(泥炭:珍珠岩:椰糠=2∶1∶1)是杜梨容器苗培育的最适宜基质配比。In order to explore the suitable substrate formula for container seedling cultivation of Pyrus betulifolia,the peat,perlite,vermiculite and coconut bran were used as raw materials to make different composite substrate at different volume ratio,and the effects of different substrate on the seedling height,ground diameter,ratio of height to diameter,biomass,total root length,root surface area,root volume,seedling quality index and photosynthetic fluorescence parameters of P.betulifolia container seedlings were studied.The test results showed that:(1) Substrate T1(peat∶perlite=4∶1)had the largest height,which were 24.44 cm,followed by T2(peat∶perlite=3∶1)and T6(peat∶perlite∶coconut bran =2∶1∶1),which were 23.69 cm and 22.96 cm,respectively.(2) Substrate T6 had the largest height-diameter ratio,followed by T1 and T2.(3) Substrate T1 had the largest root length,root surface area and root volume,which were 601.35 cm,181.49 cm~2 and 4.22 cm~3,respectively.Substrate T6 had the largest main root,which long reached 21.24 cm.(4) Substrate T6 had the highest total fresh weight,total dry weight and quality index,which were 4.37 g,2.09 g and 0.33,respectively.(5) Substrate T1 had the largest chlorophyll content,followed by T6;T6 had larges P_n、F_v/F_(m) and F_v/F_0.(6) Comprehensive analysis showed that T6(peat∶perlite∶coconut bran =2∶1∶1) was the most suitable substrate formula for the cultivating high quality of P.betulifolias container seedling.
