摘　　要：小儿遗尿症是儿科临床常见疾病之一,近年来其患病率逐渐上升。遗尿症不仅可能影响患儿神经精神发育,甚至对患儿身心成长造成不利影响。缩泉丸是临床治疗小儿遗尿疗效较为显著的方剂之一,文章通过查阅近年来发表的相关文献,简要说明缩泉丸通过维持调控β3肾上腺素能受体(β3-AR)与M3毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体(M3受体)的平衡、调节盆神经异常放电、调控离子通道从而稳定逼尿肌来实现温化肾气和缩尿止遗的功效,为缩泉丸的临床疗效机制提供一定的客观依据。Infantile enuresis is one of the most commom clinical disease,and its prevalence has gradually increased in recent years.Infantile enuresis may not only affect the neurological and mental development of children,but also adversely affect the physical and mental growth of children.Suoquan Pill is one of the most effective prescriptions in the clinical treatment of pediatric enuresis.By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years,this paper briefly explained that Suoquan Pill maintained the balance of β3-adrenergic receptor(β3-AR) and M3muscarinic acetylcholine receptor(M3receptor),regulating the abnormal pelvic nerve discharge,and regulating the ion channel to stabilize the detrusor muscle to warm the kidney qi,shrink urine and stop urination,which provides some objective basis for the clinical efficacy mechanism of Suoquan pill.
