摘　　要：GB/T 21109.1-2022《过程工业领域安全仪表系统的功能安全第1部分:框架、定义、系统、硬件和应用编程要求》于2022年5月1日正式实施,该标准等同采用IEC 61511-1:2016,代替GB/T 21109.1-2007,适用于过程领域的多个行业,例如化工、石油和天然气、造纸、制药、食品与饮料及非核能发电,规定了安全仪表系统(SIS)的规范、设计、安装、运行和维护要求,以确保该系统能使过程达到或保持安全状态。本文重点针对安全仪表系统的功能安全基础标准GB/T 21109.1-2022与2007版的内容差异进行解读。GB/T 21109.1-2022 Functional Safety of Safety Instrumented Systems in the Process Industry Sector—Part 1:Framework,Definitions,System,Hardware and Application Programming Requirements was implemented in May 2022.This standard is identical to IEC 61511-1:2016,instead of GB/T 21109.1-2007.This standard applies to a wide variety of industries within the process sector for example,chemicals,oil and gas,pulp and paper,pharmaceuticals,food and beverage,and nonnuclear power generation.GB/T 21109.1 gives requirements for the specification,design,installation,operation and maintenance of a safety instrumented system(SIS),so that it can be confidently entrusted to achieve or maintain a safe state of the process.The paper introduces the difference between GB/T 21109.1-2022and 2007.
