摘 要:气相氧化是化工产业重要工艺之一,由于反应原料多为可燃性气体,且物料配比大多设置在爆炸极限内,存在较大燃爆风险,对安全生产构成严重威胁。因此,开发高效、可行的爆炸防控技术对提升气相氧化过程本质安全具有重要意义。通过对气相氧化工艺爆炸理论和防控技术研究现状进行综述,着重对惰性气体抑爆、粉体抑爆、细水雾抑爆、多孔介质阻爆4种爆炸防控技术的作用机理和应用效果进行综述和分析,并对气相氧化工艺爆炸防控技术发展趋势进行展望。研究结果可对气相氧化工艺爆炸防控技术的提升和改进提供参考,促进气相氧化工艺本质安全。Gas phase oxidation is one of the most important processes in the chemical industry.Because the reaction raw materials are mostly flammable gases,and the ratio of materials is mostly set within the explosion limit,there is a large risk of ignition and explosion,which poses a serious threat to the safety of production.Therefore,the development of efficient and feasible explosion prevention and control technology is of great significance to improve the intrinsic safety of gas phase oxidation process.Based on the review of the explosion theory and prevention and control technology of gas phase oxidation process,the action mechanism and application effect of four kinds of explosion prevention and control technologies,such as inert gas explosion suppression,powder explosion suppression,water mist explosion suppression and porous media explosion suppression,were reviewed and analyzed,and the development trend of gas phase oxidation process explosion prevention and control technology was prospected.The research results can provide reference for the promotion and improvement of gas phase oxidation process explosion prevention and control technology,and promote the essential safety of gas phase oxidation process.
