摘 要:采用MAGMA铸造仿真软件模拟了K213高温合金在精密熔模铸造典型叶片工艺中的充型凝固过程,分析了该合金熔液在充型过程中的流体速度场分布、凝固过程的固相率分布、温度场分布、空隙分布等。模拟结果表明:叶片部位浇注过程中合金液始终处于高温状态,温度约为1500℃;3 s后叶片部位冲型完毕,叶片边缘首先开始降温,最低温度约为1400℃,仍高于合金熔点,不易发生缺陷;15 s冲型完毕后,叶片边缘部分区域温度降为约1230℃;15 min后,在浇口与横浇道连接部位的中心位置温度仍在1300℃左右,其余部位温度均降至熔点以下,表明补缩功能仍能继续。铸造过程产生的少量凝固缺陷主要集中在叶片根部的表面,对整体性能没有影响,这进一步表明所设计的浇注系统可以满足叶片精密铸造的生产需求。The mold filling and solidification process of K213 superalloy in the precision investment casting with typical blade are simulated by using the MAGMA casting simulation software;and the fluid velocity field,solid fraction,temperature field distribution and gaps during the solidification process are analyzed.The simulation results show that,the alloy liquid of the blade part is always in a high temperature with 1500℃ during the pouring process;after 3 seconds,the blade edge starts to cool down first with the minimum temperature of 1400℃,but it is still higher than the alloy melting point,so it is not easy to have defects in this part.After 15 seconds of punching,the temperature at the edge of the blade decreases to about 1230℃.After 15 minutes,the temperature at the center of the connection between the gate and the transverse runner is still around 1300℃,and it is below the melting point at other parts,indicating that the feeding function can still continue.A small amount of solidification defects are mainly concentrated on the surface of the blade root in the casting process,which has no impact on the overall performance,indicating that the designed gating system can meet the requirements of blade precision casting production.
