摘 要:轧制过程中轧辊表面发生磨损会严重影响产品质量,并且频繁停机和换辊将大大增加生产成本。针对轧辊表面的失效破坏,采用激光合金化技术进行表面改性处理是一种经济且高效的方式。该文介绍了钴基、镍基、铁基等三种常用合金化粉末在轧辊表面激光合金化中的应用,通过显微硬度测试和摩擦磨损试验,证明了合金化层大幅提高了基体表面的硬度和耐磨性,可以很好地延长轧辊的使用寿命。同时强化效果与合金粉末成分、激光照射工艺参数都有关系,需根据实际情况选择合适的合金粉末成分和激光加工工艺以达到最优的效果。The wear of roller surface in the rolling process will seriously affect the product quality,and frequent shutdown and roller change will greatly increase the production costs.For the roller surface wear,laser alloying technology is an economical and efficient method to modify the surface of roller.In this paper,application of cobalt,nickel and iron alloy powders in the laser alloying of roller surface is introduced.Through microhardness test and friction wear test,it is proved that the alloying layer greatly improves the hardness and wear resistance of the substrate surface,which can prolong the service life of the roller very well.At the same time,the strengthening effect is related to the alloy powder composition and laser irradiation process parameters,thus the appropriate alloy powder composition and laser processing parameters should be selected according to the actual situation to achieve the best modification effect.
