摘　　要：强大的国家信用、成熟的金融体系以及领先的科技军事实力铸就了美元霸权,也使美元在权力异化之路上愈行愈远。在俄乌冲突的货币战中,美元遭遇“卢布结算令”,使美国陷入大宗商品流动性危机及恶性通货膨胀。美国主导的全球金融秩序已失公允、信用不堪一击,致使世界结成反霸统一战线。这加速了各国去美元化的进程,撼动了美元“一币独霸”的世界货币地位。在此百年未有之大变局之际,人民币国际化欲行稳致远,必须坚持党管金融不放松,树牢为经济服务的金融观,并跑、领跑金融基础设施建设,夯实人民币结算功能,守好资本项目的核心门,理好外汇储备之财。Strong national credit,mature financial system and leading scientific,technological and military strength have forged the hegemony of the US dollar,and also made the US dollar go farther and farther on the road of power alienation.In the currency war amid the Russia-Ukraine Conflict,the US dollar encountered the "ruble settlement order",which made the United States plunge into a commodity liquidity crisis and virulent inflation.The financial order dominated by the United States has lost its fairness and creditworthiness,causing the world to form a united front against hegemony.This has accelerated the process of de-dollarization of all countries,shaking the US dollar's status as the world's hegemonic currency.At this time of great changes not seen in a hundred years,in order to make a steady progress of the internationalization of RMB,it is necessary to adhere to the CPC's control of finance,firmly establish the financial concept of serving the economy,catch up with and even surpass others in financial infrastructure construction,consolidate the RMB settlement function,guard the core entrance of capital projects,and do a good job in wealth management of foreign exchange reserves.
