摘  要:微流控是一种精确控制和操控微尺度流体的新型技术。本文介绍了一种基于微流控芯片技术的二醋片特性黏度测试方法,可以测量低黏度流体的真实黏度,代替了传统的使用毛细管黏度计流出时间计算相对黏度的做法,在不影响测试准确性的基础上,能有效节约测试时间,一定程度上可降低使用传统毛细管黏度计时不同人员读数差异、反应快慢造成的测量误差,可作为二醋片特性黏度测试的替换方案。Microfluidics is a new technology for precise control and manipulation of microscale fluids.This article introduces a method based on microfluidic chip technology for measuring the intrinsic viscosity of diacetate sheets,which can measure the true viscosity of low viscosity fluids.It replaces the traditional method of using capillary viscometers to calculate relative viscosity based on the flow time.On the basis of not affecting the accuracy of testing,it can effectively save testing time and to some extent reduce the reading differences between different personnel using traditional capillary viscometers.The measurement error caused by fast or slow reaction can be used as an alternative solution for testing the characteristic viscosity of diacetate tablets.
