摘 要:本研究着重探讨了NBR-40与NBR-26两种丁腈橡胶发泡材料的形貌和结构特征,综合运用SEM、FTIR和XRD技术,深入剖析了两种材料的微观结构差异。NBR-40表现出更均匀、集中的微孔结构特征,NBR-26则展示了较大范围的孔径分布,可能与其出色的弹性和加工性能相关。化学结构的分析列出了两者在C=O键等方面的差异,为进一步了解两种丁腈橡胶的微观结构与性能关联提供了基础。本研究的实验数据和结论拓宽了丁腈橡胶发泡材料的研究视野,为相关材料的发泡过程优化及应用提供了宝贵的理论依据。This study focuses on exploring the morphology and structural characteristics of NBR-40 and NBR-26 nitrile rubber foam materials,and comprehensively analyzes the microstructural differences between the two materials using SEM,FTIR,and XRD techniques.NBR-40 exhibits a more uniform and concentrated microporous structure,while NBR-26 exhibits a larger range of pore size distribution,which may be related to its excellent elasticity and processing performance.The analysis of chemical structure lists the differences between the two in terms of C=O bonds,providing a basis for further understanding the microstructure and performance correlation of the two types of nitrile rubber.The experimental data and conclusions of this study broaden the research field of nitrile rubber foam materials,providing valuable theoretical basis for the optimization and application of the foam process of related materials.
