摘 要:本文研究了端羧基含量、特性黏度、拉伸倍数、热定型温度和二甘醇含量对双向拉伸PET薄膜耐湿热性能的影响。结果表明,端羧基含量越低、特性黏度越高,PET薄膜耐湿热性能越好;而拉伸倍数和热定型温度对PET断裂伸长率的影响均为先增大再减小,其主要影响PET的结晶度,结晶度越高,其耐湿热性能越好。二甘醇含量对PET薄膜的耐湿热性能影响较小。PET薄膜的耐湿热性能越好,在长期使用环境中具有更长的使用寿命。In this paper,the effects of carboxyl group content,intrinsic viscosity,draw ratio,heat setting temperature and diethylene glycol content on the wet-heat resistance of biaxially orientation PET film were studied.The results show that the lower the carboxyl group content and the higher the intrinsic viscosity,the better the wet-heat resistance of the PET film;while the effects of draw ratio and heat setting temperature on the elongation of PET both increase first and then decrease.It mainly affects the crystallinity of PET film,the higher the crystallinity,the better its wet-heat resistance.Diethylene glycol content has litle effect on the wet-heat resistance of PET film.The better the wet-heat resistance of the PET film,the longer the service life in the long-term use environment.
