摘 要:聚丙烯是由丙烯的聚合度决定,其多样性主要由甲基排序的差异而定,如等规聚丙烯、无规聚丙烯、间规聚丙烯等。熔融指数用于描述塑料在加工过程中的流变性,又被称为熔体流动速率,聚丙烯的熔融指数需要通过精细的工艺过程严格控制,使其保持在所需的区间范围内,保证最终产品的性能,确保产品质量的稳定性。本文从氢气、原材料、催化剂三个角度讨论影响聚丙烯熔融指数的关键因素,研究表明,在聚合过程中,氢气的加入量和催化剂的特性对聚丙烯熔融指数的影响最大。Polypropylene is determined by the degree of polymerization of propylene,and its diversity is mainly determined by differences in methyl order,such as isotactic polypropylene,random polypropylene,syndiotactic polypropylene,etc.The melt index is used to describe the rheological properties of plastics during processing,also known as the melt flow rate.The melt index of polypropylene needs to be strictly controlled through a fine process to maintain it within the required range,ensure the performance of the final product,and ensure the stability of product quality.This article discusses the key factors affecting the melt index of polypropylene from the perspectives of hydrogen,raw materials,and catalysts.Research shows that the amount of hydrogen added and the characteristics of catalysts have the greatest impact on the melt index of polypropylene during the polymerization process.
