摘 要:通过不同用量的SiO_(2)气溶胶与对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)进行原位聚合,制备气溶胶涤纶长丝,测试其导热系数、克罗值、密度、拉伸强度、伸长率。研究结果表明,低含量的SiO_(2)气溶胶对导热系数有增大趋势,而随着SiO_(2)气溶胶含量进一步增加,导热系数剧烈下降;同样拉伸强度、伸长率也有先增大后减小的现象。而保暖性(克罗值)的变化则相反,呈现出先减小后增大的趋势;体积密度则随着SiO_(2)气溶胶含量的增加渐渐减小。研究结果对提高涤纶面料的保暖性,降低服装负重感,改善织物的抗起毛起球性有重要的意义。Aerosol polyester filaments were prepared by in-situ polymerization of different amounts of SiO_(2)aerosols with terephthalic acid(PTA)and ethylene glycol(EG),and their thermal conductivity,Cro number,density,tensile strength,and elongation were tested.The research results indicate that low content SiO_(2)aerosols have an increasing trend in thermal conductivity,and as the SiOz aerosol content further increases,the thermal conductivity sharply decreases;Similarly,the tensile strength and elongation also increase first and then decrease.The change in thermal insulation(Cro value)is opposite,showing a trend of decreasing first and then increasing;The bulk density gradually decreases with the increase of SiO_(2)aerosol content.The research results are of great significance in improving the warmth retention of polyester fabrics,reducing clothing load,and improving the anti pilling and pilling properties of fabrics.
