摘 要:由于PTA装置产污水量较大,且污水具有低浓度、高黏度的特点,使用通常方法萃取系统时,溶质回收率不高,且容易堵塞。因此,文章开发低浓度、高黏度溶质的萃取系统,并对其影响因素进行探究。研究结果表明:当萃取参数为混合时间为15min,水油比是1:1,温度为40℃,稀释剂与被萃取物比例为800,改良剂与PT酸的比例为6:1时,萃取效果最优。改造后的系统解决了溶质堵塞和回收率不高的问题,可为相关研究提供一定的参考。Due to the large amount of wastewater produced by the PTA device and the characteristics of low concentration and high viscosity of the wastewater,the solute recovery rate is not high when using the usual extraction system,and it is easy to block.Therefore,the article develops an extraction system for low concentration and high viscosity solutes,and explores its influencing factors.The research results show that when the extraction parameters are mixing time of 15 minutes,water oil ratio of 1:1,temperature of 40℃,diluent to extract ratio of 800,and modifier to PT acid ratio of 6:1,the extraction effect is optimal.The modified system has solved the problems of solute blockage and low recovery rate,which can provide a certain reference for related research.
