摘　　要：现阶段复合材料的应用在飞机上越来越广泛,尤其是复合材料大尺寸壁板的制造,但限于复合材料产业发展较为缓慢,制造方式多数以人工为主,生产效率较低,质量状态不稳定,安全系数差。因此,文章以某复合材料制造单位为实体基础,开展大尺寸复合材料壁板的脉动生产线建设,以标杆企业为代表,通过流程梳理、技术改进、人员整合以及标准操作为依托助推行业发展,提高安全生产效率,促进技术不断革新。At present,the application of composite materials in aircraft is becoming increasingly widespread,especially in the manufacturing of large-sized composite panels.However,due to the slow development of the composite material industry,most manufacturing methods are mainly manual,resulting in low production efficiency,unstable quality status,and poor safety factors.Therefore,based on a certain composite material manufacturing unit,the article carries out the construction of a pulsating production line for large-sized composite material wall panels.Represented by benchmark enterprises,it promotes industry development through process sorting,technical improvement,personnel integration,and standard operations,improves safety production efficiency,and promotes continuous technological innovation.
