摘  要:试验研究了循环QPQ工艺对球墨铸铁QT500-7渗层显微组织、疏松程度和脆性的影响。结果表明,球墨铸铁经QPQ循环工艺处理后,始终能保持一定厚度的ε相,但渗层疏松程度严重加剧;当循环次数增加到一定程度时,平均渗层厚度变化不明显,但脆性级别变大。The effects of the cyclic QPQ process on the microstructure,porosity and brittleness of the nitri-ded layer in QT500-7 nodular cast iron were experimentally studied.The results indicated that the nodular cast iron remained a certain thickness 8 phase after QPQ cycling process treatment,but the porosity of the nitrided layer significantly increased.When the number of cycles increased to a certain extent,the average nitrided layer thickness did not appear to change significantly,but the brittleness level increased.
