摘  要:通过冲击试验机、电火花直读光谱仪、洛氏硬度计和光学显微镜等设备,对低温冲击性能不合格的高强度风电拉铆钉进行低温冲击功、芯部硬度、金相组织和奥氏体晶粒度分析。结果表明,冷拉线材原材料球化退火过程中长时间高温加热,造成原材料奥氏体晶粒不均匀、混晶,导致拉铆钉热处理后低温冲击性能不合格。通过采用热轧棒料作为生产原材料以及调质热处理前进行正火预处理,可以提升高强度风电拉铆钉低温冲击性能。The low temperature impact energy,core hardness,microstructure and austenite grain size of the high strength wind power rivet with unqualified low temperature impact performance were analyzed by impact testing machine,spark direct reading spectrometer,Rockwell hardometer and optical microscope,etc.The results showed that prolonged high temperature heating during the spheroidizing annealing process of the cold drawn wire raw materials led to uneven austenite grain size and mixed crystal in the raw materi-als,resulting in unqualified low temperature impact performance of the rivet after heat treatment.The low temperature impact performance of high strength wind power rivet could be improved by using hot rolled bar as raw material and normalizing pretreatment before quenching and tempering heat treatment.
