摘  要:针对某批6082铝合金铸棒出现力学性能不合格问题,选取断后伸长率最大和最小的试样,采用宏观形貌、微观断口形貌、金相组织观察等方法,分析6082铝合金铸棒力学性能不合格的原因。结果表明,表面质量对试样力学性能的影响比较明显。试样宏观断口均为脆性断裂,断后伸长率高的试样断口呈凸凹起伏,韧窝有一定深度;而断后伸长率低的试样断口平直,韧窝浅而平。断后伸长率低的试样疏松、非金属夹杂较多,个别位置还有氧化膜缺陷;断后伸长率高的试样缺陷密度小。The mechanical properties of a batch of 6082 aluminum alloy cast rods were found to be unqual-ified,the samples with the largest and smallest elongation after fracture were selected to analyze the reasons for the unqualified mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy cast rods through macroscopic morpholo-gy,microscopic fracture morphology and metallographic observation,etc.The results showed that the sur-face quality had obvious influence on the mechanical properties of the samples.The macroscopic fractures of the samples were brittle fractures.The fracture of the samples with high elongation after fracture showed convex and concave fluctuations,and the dimples had a certain depth.The fracture of samples with low elongation after fracture was straight,and the dimples were shallow and flat.The samples with low elonga-tion after fracture were loose,with many non-metallic inclusions,and there were oxide film defects in indi-vidual positions.The sample with high elongation after fracture had a low defect density.
