摘　　要：飞机起落架30CrMnSiNi2A下扭力臂在使用过程中出现裂纹,影响产品的正常使用。通过宏观形貌观察、SEM观察、金相分析、能谱分析及化学成份分析等方法,对下扭力臂出现裂纹的原因进行分析。结果表明,下扭力臂锻件在锻造过程中的终锻温度偏低和未及时进行去应力回火,导致锻件拐角区域出现裂纹。The 30CrMnSiNi2A lower torque force arm of undercarriage had cracks during use,affecting the normal use of product.The cause of the crack in the lower torque force arm was analyzed by means of mac-roscopic morphology observation,SEM observation,metallographic analysis,energy spectrum analysis and chemical composition analysis,etc.The results showed that the final forging temperature of the lower torque force arm forging during the forging process was low,and stress relief tempering was not carried out in a timely manner,resulting in crack in the corner area of the forging.
