养老建筑空间形态特征及演变探讨

摘　　要：随着近年来人口老龄化的加速,养老话题逐渐成为各界关注的热点,老年人的生活服务与照护面临极大压力和挑战,而适宜的养老设施能够有效缓解社会的养老压力。基于1980年至2015年期间9个养老建筑案例的特征分析,梳理适应于当时经济形势、人文环境与养老机构工作需求的养老建筑特征及演变规律。研究表明,我国养老建筑在近10年的发展中数量和质量都有显著提升,在机构类型、规模上呈现出多元化的发展趋势,建筑总体布局向集中式布局转变,功能布局增加了照料单元的设计,并针对老年人的行为习惯进行居住空间的划分,总结此类空间特征与规律,以期为未来的养老建筑设计提供经验参考。With the acceleration of population aging in recent years,the topic of old-age care has gradually become a hot topic of public concern,the living services and care of the elderly are facing great pressure and challenges.Appropriate elderly care facilities can effectively alleviate the pressure of old-age care in society.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of 9 elderly care building cases from 1980 to 2015,this paper sorted out the characteristics and evolution rules of elderly care buildings adapted to the economic situation,cultural environment and work needs of elderly care institutions at that time.Research shows that the number and quality of elderly care buildings in China have improved significantly in the past decade of development,showing a diversified development trend in the type and scale of institutions.The overall layout of buildings has changed to a centralized layout,and the functional layout not only includes the design of care units,but also divides the living space according to the behavior and habits of the elderly,and the characteristics and patterns of such Spaces are summarized,expecting to provide experience reference for the futuredesign of elderly care buildings.
