摘  要:[目的]利用高效液相色谱法对氰氟虫腙原药中相关杂质4-三氟甲氧基苯基异氰酸酯进行分析测定。[方法]色谱条件:以C18为填料的不锈钢柱,甲醇和水作为流动相梯度洗脱,紫外检测器检测波长230 nm。对氰氟虫腙原药产品中的4-三氟甲氧基苯基异氰酸酯进行定量分析,外标法定量。[结果]方法中4-三氟甲氧基苯基异氰酸酯的平均回收率为99.81%,在0.625~12.5 mg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好线性关系(r≥0.999),方法定量限为0.5 mg/kg。[结论]该分析方法可以满足氰氟虫腙原药中4-三氟甲氧基苯基异氰酸酯的定量要求,具有方法快捷,灵敏度高,准确性好的特点。[Aims]The related impurity 4-trifluoromethoxyphenylisocyanate in metaflumizone technical was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.[Methods]Chromatographic conditions:stainless steel column filled with C18,methanol and water as mobile phase for gradient elution,UV detector with detection wavelength of 230 nm.Quantitative analysis of 4-trifluoromethoxyphenylisocyanate in the technical product of metaflumizone was conducted using external standard method.[Results]In the method,the average recovery of 4-trifluoromethoxyphenylisocyanate was 99.81%,with a good linear relationship in the range of 0.625-12.5 mg/L(r≥0.999),and the quantitative limit of the method was 0.5 mg/kg.[Conclusions]The analytical method can meet the quantitative requirements of related impurity in metaflumizone technical,with the characteristics of fast,high sensitivity,and good accuracy.
