摘 要:[目的]明确引起河西地区芍药白粉病的病原菌种类,并筛选安全高效的防治药剂。[方法]采用形态学和分子生物学方法对病原菌进行鉴定,同时选取7种药剂开展田间防效试验。[结果]芍药白粉病的病原菌为芍药白粉菌(Erysiphe paeoniae)。田间防效试验结果表明:2次施药后10%多抗霉素WP、2%嘧啶核苷类抗菌素AS和1%蛇床子素EW对芍药白粉病的防效较好,分别为58.40%、57.94%和56.66%,显著高于10%苯醚甲环唑WG和0.5%几丁聚糖AS。[结论]10%多抗霉素WP、2%嘧啶核苷类抗菌素AS和1%蛇床子素EW是防治芍药白粉病的首选药剂,可在生产中交替使用。[Aims]To determine the pathogenic species causing powdery mildew of Paeonia lactiflora in Hexi area,and to screen safe and efficient control agents.[Methods]Pathogens were identified through morphological and molecular biology method.Seven fungicides were used for field control efficacy trials.[Results]The pathogen of powdery mildew of P.lactiflora was Erysiphe paeoniae.The field control effect test showed that polyoxin 10%WP,pyrimidine nucleoside antibiotics 2%AS and cnidiadin 1%EW had good control effect on powdery mildew of P.lactiflora after twice applications,with control efficacy of 58.40%,57.94%and 56.66%respectively,significantly higher than that of difenoconazole 10%WG and chitosan 0.5%AS.[Conclusions]Polyoxin 10%WP,pyrimidine nucleoside antibiotics 2%AS and cnidiadin 1%EWcan be used in rotation to control powdery mildew on P.lactiflora.
