摘  要:[目的]为探究草地贪夜蛾体内解毒酶系和保护酶系对硫虫酰胺的响应机制,明确亚致死浓度硫虫酰胺对草地贪夜蛾生物学特性的影响。[方法]采用叶片浸渍法测定硫虫酰胺对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的室内生物活性及亚致死浓度硫虫酰胺(LC_(15)和LC_(30))对草地贪夜蛾生长发育的影响,并测定了LC_(15)、LC_(30)和LC50处理后其体内解毒酶系和保护酶系的活力变化。[结果]硫虫酰胺对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的生物活性较高,LC50值为0.805 mg/L。亚致死浓度(LC_(15)和LC_(30))硫虫酰胺处理后草地贪夜蛾的幼虫存活率、化蛹率和成虫羽化率均显著下降,幼虫期显著延长;LC_(30)处理组的蛹质量(14.7%)和成虫质量(16.8%)均显著减轻,蛹期显著延长8.3%,单雌产卵量显著下降19.0%。亚致死浓度硫虫酰胺对草地贪夜蛾体内解毒酶GST和CarE的活力具有明显诱导作用,对MFO活力则无显著影响,同时对其体内3种保护酶CAT、POD、SOD的活力亦无明显影响。[结论]亚致死浓度硫虫酰胺能显著影响草地贪夜蛾当代的生物学特性及其体内部分解毒酶的活性。[Aims]In order to explore the response mechanism of detoxification enzymes and protective enzymes in Spodoptera frugiperda to tiorantraniliprole,and to clarify the effect of sublethal concentrations of tiorantraniliprole on the biological characteristics of S.frugiperda.[Methods]The activity of tiorantraniliprole to the 3rd instar larvae of S.frugiperda and the effects of sublethal concentrations of tiorantraniliprole(LC_(15)and LC_(30))on the growth and development of S.frugiperda were determined by leaf impregnation method in greenhouse,and the changes of detoxification enzymes and protective enzymes in the body after LC_(15),LC_(30)and LC50 treatment were determined.[Results]The results showed that the activity of tiorantraniliprole to the 3rd instar larvae of S.frugiperda was high with the LC50 value of 0.805 mg/L.The larval survival rate,pupation rate and adult emergence rate of S.frugiperda treated with tiorantraniliprole at sublethal concentrations(LC_(15)and LC_(30))decreased significantly,and the larval stage significantly prolonged.The pupal weight(14.7%)and adult weight(16.8%)of the LC_(30)treatment group were significantly reduced,the pupal period was prolonged by 8.3%and the number of eggs laid by per female decreased by 19.0%.The sublethal concentration of tiorantraniliprole significantly induced the activities of GST and CarE in S.frugiperda,while there was no significant effect on the activity of MFO and the three protective enzymes CAT,POD and SOD.[Conclusions]In summary,tiorantraniliprole at the sublethal concentrations can significantly affect the biological characteristics of S.frugiperda and the activity of some detoxification enzymes in vivo.
