摘　　要：[目的]明确氟啶草酮和扑草净混用后防除棉田杂草的应用潜力。[方法]采用室内盆栽法测定了氟啶草酮和扑草净不同配比组合对棉田恶性杂草龙葵的联合作用,并评价了混配的田间应用效果。[结果]氟啶草酮和扑草净混配对棉田龙葵的联合作用以增效作用为主,其中2者质量比在1∶5.76时增效作用最为明显;氟啶草酮和扑草净田间在(144+825) g a.i./hm2剂量下对棉田杂草防效较好,防效可达90.5%以上。[结论]氟啶草酮和扑草净混用对棉花安全,且对棉田杂草防效较高,能降低后茬作物安全性风险,有较好的应用前景。[Aims]This study aims to confirm the application potential of the mixture of fluridone and prometryn to control weeds in cotton field.[Methods]The co-toxicity of different combinations of fluridone and prometryn to the weed Solanum nigrum were investigated by pot test,and the field application effect of the mixture was evaluated.[Results]The combined action of the mixture of fluridone and prometryn was mainly synergistic to S.nigrum,with the most significant synergistic effect at a mass ratio of 1∶5.76.The field efficacy of fluridone and prometryn at the application dosage of(144+825)g a.i./ha against weeds in cotton field were more than 90.5%.[Conclusions]The mixture of fluridone and prometryn is safe to cotton and has good control efficacy to weeds in cotton field,which can reduce the safety risks in succeeding crops and has a good application prospect.
