摘  要:地震是影响建筑结构安全的主要灾害之一,由于窄带控制特性和使用空间要求,调频减震技术用于结构地震响应控制受到较多的限制。为此,本文基于阻尼接地式振子和减震墙的概念,提出了新型调频减震墙的设计思路,与TMD(调频质量阻尼器)的减震原理相似,当框架受到地震影响时,墙体提供相反的惯性力使框架的振动衰减。首先建立了SDOF-DGTMD(单自由度-阻尼接地式调频质量阻尼器)体系动力方程,得到DGTMD最优设计公式;接着依据最优公式设计调频减震墙的质量、刚度和阻尼,建立相应的有限元模型;然后针对案例,设计了调频减震墙减震方案,开展了多遇、罕遇地震作用下的结构响应分析。结果表明,加调频减震墙后结构层间位移角均有所降低,多遇地震下薄弱层平均层间位移角降低29.3%;罕遇地震下薄弱层平均层间位移角降低22.9%。罕遇地震作用下,部分构件破坏,刚度降低,周期发生变化,考虑弹塑性阶段结构损伤来设计调频减震墙可改善罕遇地震下的减震效果。Earthquakes are one of the major hazards affecting the safety of building structures,and the use of tuned mass damping techniques for the structural seismic response control is greatly limited due to the narrow band control characteristics and space requirements.In order to teal with this problem,this paper proposes adesign of a new tuned masswall based on the concept of a damped grounded oscillator and a damping wall.Similar to the damping principle of a TMD,when the frame is subjected to an earthquake,the wall provides the opposite inertial force which will attenuate the frame's vibration.The dynamic equations of the SDOF-DGTMD system are first established to obtain the optimal design equation for DGTMD.Then the mass,stiffness and damping of the tuned mass wall based on the optimal equation is used to establish the corresponding finite element model.Then,using a numerical case,the tuned mass wall damping scheme is designed,and the structural response analysis under multiple and rare earthquakes is carried out.The results show that the inter-storey displacement angle of the structure is reduced after the addition of the tuned mass wall,and the average inter-storey displacement angle of the weak storey is reduced by 29.3%under multiple-event earthquakes and 22.9%under rare earthquakes.The design of tuned mass walls can improve the damping effect under rare earthquakes by considering the structural damage in the elastic-plastic phase.
