大学生关怀能力的影响因素——以宁德师范学院为例

摘　　要：在问卷调查的基础上通过Pearson相关分析和Regression回归分析确定影响大学生关怀能力的影响因素,并从情绪智力、人际沟通与关怀氛围三个维度上采用结构方程中的直接效应和中介多重效应来进一步验证影响因素。研究认为,宁德师范学院大学生关怀能力CAI总分低于相关研究标准且大学生在理解和认知关怀能力方面较为薄弱;情绪智力、人际沟通与关怀氛围与大学生关怀能力呈正相关,且情绪智力是最为直接的影响因素;影响因素中存在中介多重效应,应重视各影响因素在大学生关怀能力中的作用。A questionnaire survey is conducted by using Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis to determine the influencing factors that affect the caring ability of college students in Ningde Normal University,further verifi es,by adopting the direct eff ects and intermediary multiple eff ects in the structural equation,the infl uencing factors in terms of the three dimensions,regarding emotional intelligence,interpersonal communication and caring atmosphere.According to the study,the total CAI score of their caring ability is lower than the relevant research standards and college students have relatively weak understanding and cognitive caring ability;emotional intelligence,interpersonal communication and caring atmosphere are positively correlated with caring ability,and emotional intelligence is the most direct one;there are multiple mediating eff ects in the infl uencing factors.each of which should be given more attention in college students’caring ability.
