摘  要:通过三维换向锻造工艺试制Ti-22Al-25Nb合金Φ400mm大规格棒材,研究了三维换向锻造的极限变形量;分析了在B2+α_(2)+O三相区进行不同三维换向锻造次数与生产的棒材组织、力学性能和探伤杂波水平的差异。结果表明:三维换向锻造的极限变形量为50%;在B2+α_(2)+O三相区进行三维换向成品锻造,当三维换向锻造次数达到3次时,可制备出组织均匀性好、力学性能和探伤结果优异的Ti-22Al-25Nb合金400mm大规格棒材。Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy of$400 mm large-bar was produced by three-dimensional reversing forging process,the limit deformation of three-dimensional reversing forging is studied,the difference of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the bar produced by different times of three-dimensional reversing forging in the B2+α_(2)+O three phase zone is analyzed.The results show that the limit deformation of three-dimension reversing forging is 50%.When the number of three-dimensional reverse forging in B2+α_(2)+O three phase zone reaches 3,Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy 400 mm large specification bars with good microstructure uniformity,excellent mechanical properties,and flawdetection results can beprepared.
