摘  要:以SRVS-50G真空烧结炉为研究对象,基于Fluent有限元分析软件对烧结钕铁硼真空烧结炉温度场进行模拟分析。模拟了空载状态下真空烧结炉的瞬态温区分布,并将模拟结果与实验数据对比,二者相差在15%以内。在此基础上,进一步研究升温功率、加热体宽度对加热系统温度分布特性及升温效率的影响。结果表明,采用合适的升温功率和加热体宽度能够适当的提高升温效率和升温均匀性。Taking the SRVS-50G vacuum sintering furnace as the research object,the temperature field of the sintered NdFeB vacuum sintering furnace was simulated and analyzed based on the Fluent finite element analysis software.The transient temperature distribution of the vacuum sintering furnace under no-load conditions was simulated,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental data,and the difference between the two was found to be within 15%.On this basis,the effects of heating power and heating body width on the temperature distribution characteristics and heating efficiency of the heating system were further studied.The results show that choosing the appropriate heating power and heating body width can properly improve the heating efficiency and the temperatureuniformit.
