摘  要:奥氏体基低密度钢在生产过程中易出现粗大的组织和成分偏析,可能会对该类钢的摩擦磨损性能不利,基于此,以具有高Mn、高Al和高C特征的真空感应熔炼和电渣重熔奥氏体基低密度钢Mn20Al10(20%Mn,10%Al和1.5%C,质量分数)为研究对象,研究了摩擦磨损工艺对该钢的摩擦磨损性能的影响。得出结论如下:感应熔炼锻板和电渣重熔锻板的磨损形式均主要为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损,在轻载和低转动速度时的磨损主要为磨粒磨损,重载和高转动速度条件下的磨损机制转化为氧化磨损,在相同的摩擦磨损条件下,电渣重熔锻板表层Al2O3含量较高,Al2O3在摩擦磨损过程中的润滑效果,以及电渣重熔锻板在较低载荷下的加工硬化显著高于感应熔炼锻板,使电渣重熔锻板在载荷为50~125N、转动速度为100~300r/min之间的磨损性能优于感应熔炼锻板。此外,随转速的增加,感应熔炼锻板和电渣重熔锻板的耐磨性能均逐渐提高;随载荷的增加,感应熔炼锻板和电渣重熔锻板的耐磨性能均先提高后降低。Austenitic based low density steel is prone to coarse microstructure and component segregation during the production process,which may be detrimental to the friction and wear properties of this type of steel.Based on this,impact of friction and wear processes on the friction and wear properties of the steel using vacuum induction melting and electroslag remelting of austenitic based low density steel Mn20Al10(20%Mn,10%Al,and 1.5%C,mass fraction)with high Mn,high Al,and high C were studied.The conclusion is as follows:the wear forms of induction melting forged plates and electroslag remelting forged plates are mainly oxidation wear and abrasive wear.The wear under light load and low rotational speed is mainly abrasive wear,and the wear mechanism under heavy load and high rotational speed conditions is transformed into oxidation wear.Under the same friction and wear conditions,the surface layer of electroslag remelting forged plates has a higher content of Alz O3,and the lubrication effect of Al,Os in the friction and wear process.The work hardening of electroslag remelting forged plate under lower load is significantly higher than that of induction melting forged plate,which makes the wear performance of electroslag remelting forged plate better than that of induction melting forged plate under load of 50~125 N and rotation speed of 100~300 r/min.In addition,with the increase of rotational speed,the wear resistance of induction melting forged plates and electroslag remelting forged plates gradually improves;As the load increases,the wear resistance of induction melting forged plates and electroslag remelting forged plates first increases and then decreases.
