摘  要:为提高轴颈的耐磨性能和使用寿命,开展了金属材料的表面镀层及其摩擦学性能基础研究。通过电泳沉积与化学镀相结合的工艺方法制备了Ni-P-SiC复合镀层,SiC颗粒含量可达14.66%(质量分数)。对镀态和热处理后的复合镀层进行检测,并进行干摩擦和水润滑摩擦试验。结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,复合镀层的硬度和干摩擦耐磨性先升高后降低,这与基质金属的重结晶有关。水润滑条件下镀态与热处理后的复合镀层均能达到低摩擦状态,摩擦系数最低可达0.015。In order to improve the wear resistance and service life of journal,the basic research on the surface coating of metal materials and its tribological properties was carried out.Ni-P-SiC composite coatings with SiC particles up to 14.66 wt%were prepared by a process combination of electrophoretic deposition and chemical coating.The composite coating layers in coating state and after heat treatment were examined and dry friction and water-lubricated friction tests were performed.The results showed that the hardness and dry friction wear resistance of the composite coating layer increased and then decreased as the heat treatment temperature increased,which was related to the recrystallization of the base metal.Both the coating state under water-lubricated conditions and the composite coating after heat treatment can achieve a low friction state with a friction coefficient as low as O.015.
