摘  要:为助力山区县域实现跨越式高质量发展,缩小区域间发展差距从而促进共同富裕,文章基于2011—2020年浙江山区26县的面板数据,在采用熵值法测度县域高质量发展水平和科技金融发展水平的基础上,通过双向固定效应面板模型实证研究了科技金融对高质量发展的驱动效应。研究表明,科技金融显著驱动了山区26县的高质量发展;科技金融对东部县域的驱动效应强于西部县域;科技金融主要通过促进创新、绿色、开放发展的路径驱动县域高质量发展,对共享发展促进作用不显著,而对协调发展存在一定程度抑制作用。根据研究结论,从科技金融驱动的角度为县域的高质量发展提供对策建议。In order to help mountainous counties achieve leapfrog high-quality development,narrow the development gap between regions and promote common prosperity,based on the panel data of 26 counties in mountainous areas of Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses the entropy method to measure the high-quality development level and the science and technology finance development level in counties,and empirically studies the driving effect of science and technology finance on high-quality development through the two-way fixed effect panel model.The research shows that science and technology finance has significantly driven the high-quality development of 26 counties in mountainous areas;The driving effect of science and technology finance on eastern counties is stronger than that on western counties;Science and technology finance mainly drives the high-quality development of counties through the path of promoting innovation,green and open development,which has no significant effects on shared development,but has a certain degree of inhibition on coordinated development.According to the research conclusions,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of counties in China from the perspective of science and technology finance.
