摘 要:基于信息不对称理论,厘清科技成果转化过程中主体要素特征,提出技术经纪人在推动科技成果转化中的耦合关系。主要结论为:科技成果转化的过程本质上是知识和信息流动的过程,而技术经纪人在科技成果转化过程中扮演着服务和催化剂的角色;技术经纪人以科技成果为服务对象,能促使科技成果供需双方实现有效对接,强化各主体间的互动耦合;技术经纪人通过信息耦合机制、知识耦合机制、目标耦合机制和利益耦合机制,调节主体之间信息和知识差异、目标不协调以及利益冲突等问题,加强多元知识创新主体间的沟通和协调,有效推动科技成果高效转移转化。Based on the theory of information asymmetry,this study clarifies the characteristics of the main elements in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and proposes the coupling relationship between technology brokers in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The main conclusions are as follows:The process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is essentially a process of knowledge and information flow,and technology brokers play the role of service and catalyst in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements;Technology brokers take scientific and technological achievements as the service object,which can promote the effective connection between the supply and demand of scientific and technological achievements,and strengthen the interaction between various subjects;Technology brokers adjust information and knowledge differences between subjects,uncoordinated goals,conflicts of interest and other issues through information coupling mechanism,knowledge coupling mechanism,target coupling mechanism and interest coupling mechanism,and strengthen communication and coordination among multiple knowledge innovation subjects,which can effectively promote the efficient transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
