摘　　要：韩城作为具有经典代表性的国家历史文化名城,面对中国快速城镇化发展进程不同阶段面临的困境和挑战,经历了三版历史文化名城保护规划编制和实践探索。对于韩城不同历史时期规划开展的时代背景、矛盾冲突和策略重点进行了总结,提出其形成了适应历史文化保护传承和城市动态发展需求的名城保护规划思想和技术方法,在深化价值认知,构建动态发展的保护传承体系;传承营城智慧,落实山水城塬的整体保护路径;统筹新旧关系,全域层面协同功能与空间组织;强化实施导向,制度建设与社会动员共同推进等方面,具有较强的普适意义。Hancheng,aclassicnational historic and cultural city,has faced challenges and dilemmas at different stages in its protection during four decades of rapid urbanization and has experienced three editions of historic and cultural city conservation planning and practical exploration.This paper summarizes the background of different historic periods,conflicts and strategic focus,and puts forward that it has formed the planning thought and technical method to meet the needs of historic and cultural conservation and urban dynamic development,including deepening value cognition,building a protection and inheritance system of dynamic development;carrying forward the building wisdom of the city,implementing the overall protection path of mountain,water,city,and tableland;coordinating the old and new relations,coordinating functions and space organization at the global level;strengthening the implementation orientation,system construction,and social mobilization to promote the common good,etc.,which has a strong universal significance.
