摘　　要：根据上海市域铁路技术特点与建设管理需求,为借鉴各类工程建设标准和技术标准框架,系统梳理了国外铁路工程建设标准的体系架构、管理机制、运作方式、标准分类等情况,同时,对上海市域铁路工程建设标准体系建设的层次和架构进行论证,对市域铁路工程建设标准进行系统性研究,由此构建了层次分明、结构合理的上海市域铁路工程建设标准体系,并建立了标准体系框架。该标准体系对相关市域铁路的标准化建设与管理具有参考意义。Based on the technical characteristics and construction management requirements of Shanghai city railway,the system architecture,management mechanism,operation methods,and standard classifications of foreign railway engineering construction standards are examined systematically to draw insights for various engineering and technical standard frameworks.Simultaneously,the levels and architecture of the construction of Shanghai city railway engineering construction technical standards system are justified,engaging in a comprehensive examination of the systematic aspects.Consequently,a well-structured and logically organized technical standards system for Shanghai city railway construction is formulated,and a framework for this standards system is established.This standards system holds significance in guiding the standardization construction and management of relevant city railway projects.
