关于我国民众对婚前医学检查制度态度的调查报告——基于13348份调查问卷的分析

摘　　要：2003年《婚姻登记条例》实施,在办理结婚登记时不再要求出具婚前医学检查证明。然而,自愿婚前医学检查制度在实际运行中存在一方婚前隐瞒过往病史,另一方婚后请求撤销婚姻时难以举证等诸多问题。“婚前医学检查有多重要”的话题时常引发公众热议。通过对我国民众婚前医学检查必要性与自愿婚前医学检查制度下双方沟通成本等相关问题的问卷调查,了解公众对婚前医学检查制度功能定位的看法以及对“知情—自主”婚前医学检查模式的态度,为推动新型“知情—自主”婚前医学检查模式的可行性与公众接受度提供舆情解读。With the implementation of THE REGULATIONS ON MARRIAGE REGISTRATION in 2003,a certificate of premarital medical examination is no longer required for marriage registration.However,in practice,the voluntary premarital examination system is plagued with problems,such as the concealment of past medical history by one party prior to marriage,and the other party finding it difficult to adduce evidence when requesting annulment of the marriage after marriage.The topic of“how important premarital medical examinations are”has been a source of public debate from time to time.Through the questionnaire survey on issues related to the necessity of premarital medical examination for the public and the cost of communication between the parties under the voluntary premarital examination system,to ascertain the public's perception of the functioning of the premarital medical examination system and its attitude towards the“informed-autonomous”premarital examination model,to provide public opinion interpretation on the feasibility and public acceptance of the new“informed-autonomous”premarital examination model.
