摘　　要：目的:监测2021年菏泽市居民健康素养水平,并针对存在的问题提出相应建议。方法:采用PPS抽样法抽取菏泽市15~69岁常住居民10941人,以《中国公民健康素养——基本知识与技能(2015年版)》为基础编制问卷,问卷内容主要涉及健康素养、3个方面健康素养及6类健康问题素养。结果:2021年菏泽市居民健康素养水平为22.28%;3个方面健康素养水平由高到低依次为基本知识和理念素养水平、健康生活方式与行为素养水平和基本技能素养水平,分别为32.14%、25.88%和16.95%;6类问题素养水平由高到低依次为安全与急救素养、传染病防治素养、科学健康观素养、基本医疗素养、健康信息素养和慢性病防治素养,分别为47.09%、43.23%、38.22%、27.08%、26.52%和16.71%。结论:2021年菏泽市居民健康素养水平较2020年明显提高,但是健康技能素养及慢性病防治素养水平偏低,有待进一步提高。OBJECTIVE To monitor the health literacy level of residents in Heze in 2021,and to put forward corresponding suggestions for the existing problems.METHODS The PPS sampling method was used to select 10941 permanent residents aged 15~69years from Heze.The questionnaire was compiled based on the contents of HEALTH LITERACY OF CHINESE CITIZENS:BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.The questionnaire contents mainly involved health literacy,three aspects of health literacy and six types of health problem literacy.RESULTS The results showed that the health literacy level of Heze residents in 2021 was 22.28%.The three aspects of health literacy level from high to low are basic knowledge and concept literacy level,healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy level and basic skills literacy level.The six problem literacy levels from high to low are safety and first aid literacy(47.09%),infectious disease prevention and control literacy(43.23%),scientific health concept literacy(38.22%),basic medical literacy(27.08%),health information literacy(26.52%)and chronic disease prevention and control literacy(16.71%).CONCLUSION The health literacy level of Heze residents in 2021 is significantly higher than that in 2020,but the health skill literacy and chronic disease prevention literacy levels are low,which need to be further improved.
