邹城市托幼机构消毒现状调查与质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对托幼机构进行消毒工作情况调查、监测,掌握托幼机构消毒工作现状,了解消毒处置能力,提升托幼机构消毒处置水平和消毒质量,有效落实科学消毒、精准消毒,保障幼儿和学龄前儿童健康生活。方法:2022年6—11月对山东省邹城市辖区内43家托幼机构消毒现状进行调查和采样监测。结果:被调查的托幼机构消毒管理工作存在较多薄弱环节,消毒质量检测共采样1248份,合格1053份,总合格率为84.34%。其中,公立托幼机构合格率为89.51%,私立托幼机构合格率为79.16%。工作人员手卫生合格率最低,为78.53%。结论:邹城市托幼机构管理制度不够完善、规范,消毒措施落实不到位,应加强工作人员管理、上岗培训,提升工作人员实操技能,确保消毒效果。OBJECTIVE Through the investigation and monitoring of disinfection work,it can grasp the current situation of disinfection work in kindergartens,understand the ability of disinfection and disposal,improve the level and quality of disinfection and disposal in kindergartens,effectively implement scientific disinfection and accurate disinfection,and ensure the healthy life of children and preschool children.METHODS Field investigation,face-to-face interview,data access and questionnaire were used to investigate the current situation and sampling monitoring of kindergartens in the jurisdiction.RESULTS There were many weak links in the disinfection management of the surveyed kindergartens.A total of 1248 samples were sampled for disinfection quality testing,and 1053 were qualified,with a total pass rate of 84.34%.The qualified rate of public kindergartens was 89.51%,the qualified rate of private kindergartens was 79.16%,and the qualified rate of hand hygiene of staff was the lowest,which was 78.53%.CONCLUSION The management system of kindergartens in Zoucheng is not perfect and standardized,and the measures are not in place.It is necessary to strengthen staff management and induction training,improve practical skills,and ensure the disinfection effect.
