摘　　要：随着PON网络规模的扩大和应用场景的增多,PON的维护管理面临着日益严峻的挑战。文中旨在分析PON维护管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的应对策略,以促进PON网络的健康发展和持续优化。目前,存在的主要问题包括光分布网络监测与故障检测、网络资源管理与优化、安全与隐私保护、升级与迁移策略。针对这些问题,文中提出了监测工具与设备使用、故障自愈与自适应、智能带宽分配算法、负载均衡策略优化、加密通信与身份验证技术、安全漏洞监测与修复、平滑升级与设备更新、网络拓扑规划与变更管理等应对策略。With the expansion of PON network scale and the increase of application scenarios,the maintenance management of PON is facing increasingly severe challenges.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in PON maintenance management,and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy development and conti-nuous optimization of PON network.At present,the main problems include optical distribution network monitoring and fault detection,network resource management and optimization,security and privacy protection,upgrade and migration strategies.In response to these problems,the paper proposes countermeasures such as monitoring tools and equipment use,fault self-healing and self-adaptation,intelligent bandwidth allocation algorithm,load balance strategy optimization,encrypted communication and authentication technology,security bugs monitoring and repair,smooth upgrade and equipment update,network topology planning and change management.
