摘 要:西南地区煤矿地质条件复杂,断层构造多。绿水洞煤矿3223采面因受F322302断层构造影响,工作面煤岩体松软破碎,承载能力差,易发生顶板冒落、煤壁片帮等问题,给工作面安全生产造成较大影响。为解决该问题,提出对断层进行超前注浆加固技术方案。现场应用效果表明,煤体经过注浆后,整体完整性和稳固性得到了明显提升,自承能力也得到了显著增强,工作面回采过程中未出现顶板事故,实现了安全回采,可为今后矿井工作面过类似地质构造带提供一定的技术借鉴。The geological conditions of coal mines in southwest China are complicated and there are many fault structures.Due to the influence of F322302 fault structure,the coal and rock mass of 3223 coal face in Lushuidong Coal Mine are soft and broken,the bearing capacity is poor,and the problems such as roof caving and coal wall caving are easy to occur,which have a great impact on the safety production of the working face.In order to solve the problem,the technical plan of advance grouting for fault reinforcement is proposed.The field application results show that after grouting,the overall completeness and stability of coal body have been significantly improved,and the self-supporting ability has also been significantly enhanced.No roof accident has occurred in the mining process of the working face,and safe mining has been realized.It provides some technical reference for future mine working face to pass similar geological structure belt.
