摘 要:变电站大修技改项目是电网企业提升供电质量的主要举措,本文提出了基于全生命周期理论的变电站大修技改项目成本控制方法。基于国内外电力行业标准以及工程实际特点,提出包括投资成本、运行成本等分项成本在内的变电站大修技改项目全寿命周期成本计算模型,对A变电站的500kV2号主变的更换、大修两种方案进行全寿命各周期成本计算及敏感性分析,验证了所提模型方法的有效性。The substation overhaul and technical renovation project is the main measure for power grid enterprises to improve power supply quality.This article proposes a cost control method for the substation overhaul and technical renovation project based on the full life cycle theory.Based on domestic and foreign power industry standards and actual engineering characteristics,a calculation model for the full life cycle cost of substation overhaul and technical renovation projects,including investment costs,operating costs,and other sub item costs,is proposed.The full life cycle cost calculation and sensitivity analysis are conducted for the replacement and overhaul of the 500kV No.2 main transformer in substation A,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed model method.
